Nathan and Summerlyn met at UVU culinary school and joined forces to create Yin-Yang’s food truck. 
Focused on whole ingredients and compounded flavor, their goal is to deliver good food to multiple areas. 
Nathan has spent years perfecting their sauce recipes and flavor combinations.
